Pepco Cuts Electric Bill by 40%

The Energy House team’s renovation of a Capitol Hill townhouse has resulted in Pepco volunteering a 40% cut in the client’s monthly power bill. In saying “upon review of you last few months bills we have decided to reduce your monthly billing plan,” the power company demonstrates that cost-effective renovations which implement energy-efficient techniques have a significant positive effect on the environment, and on homeowners’ wallets.
