WOW what an opening. The best we have ever had. More than 40 people attended the opening day of ENERGY HOUSE TWO in Parkfairfax Alexandria VA.

This is an exciting project and a tremendous follow-up to our very successful Energy House One, which occurred last fall in Oakton, Virginia.
This new Energy House is a standard energy upgrade to a one bedroom condo in this splendid and historic community. The homes Energy Design features;
- A new Mitsubishi Mini Split heating and cooling system. Air Cool & Heat.
- Whole-House weatherization of its doors, windows and walls. ERM
- New Attic Cellulose Insulation increase to an R49. National Fiber
- A Google Power Meter so the owner can watch their power usage in real time on their lap top or smart phone. Peachtree Power
- No VOC painting. Tech Painting
- Interior Design MKO Design
- Energy Efficient Lighting. Independent Lighting
Guests last weekend were able to see first hand all of these improvements. They were also able to discuss the general costs of doing this same work to their own homes with company representatives.
